About the Editors

Yanilda González is Professor of Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley. She is the author of several books, including The Politics of Social Rights (Cambridge University Press, 2015) and Democratic Universalism: Theory and Practice (Oxford University Press, 2021).

Jorge I. Domínguez is Professor of Government and International Relations at Harvard University. He is the author of several books, including The Bonds of Inequality: Transnational Migrant Workers and U.S. Immigration Policy (Russell Sage Foundation, 2014) and Democracy's Deficit: Fiscal Crises and the Loss of Faith in Government (Oxford University Press, 2020).

Christian Reus-Smit is Professor of International Relations at the University of Queensland. He is the author of several books, including Liberal Internationalism after Empire (Cambridge University Press, 2018) and The Moral Purpose of the State (Oxford University Press, 2022).
